1. RECEPTION
Reception is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
To contact Reception from your room, simply dial 9.
2. YOUR ROOM
Your room is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Late check-out until 3:00 p.m. is available subject to availability and an additional charge. Please contact Reception for confirmation.
All rooms at Sud Hotel are strictly non-smoking.
We kindly ask you to respect the comfort of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly in the corridors and during the night.
Please ensure your room is locked whenever you leave it.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. A cleaning fee may be charged should this policy not be respected.
Common Areas
Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times in the hotel's common areas, including the restaurant, bar and corridors.
For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask guests to avoid excessive noise in the corridors and to keep the volume of electronic devices low during the night.
3. YOUR COMFORT
To make your stay even more enjoyable, the following items are available from Reception upon request:

- Additional bath towels
- Extra blanket (subject to availability)
- Tablet computer (security deposit required)
- Iron and ironing board
- Sewing kit
- Shoe care kit
- Complimentary hygiene kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shower cap, sanitary products, etc.)
- Baby equipment (cot, baby bath, high chair and bottle warmer, subject to availability)
4. WI-FI
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms and public areas.

5. HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping service is available every day from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
If you would like your towels to be replaced, please leave them on the bathroom floor.
For stays of more than two nights, bed linen is changed every three days.
As part of our environmental commitment and our efforts to reduce water and energy consumption, you may choose to decline housekeeping during your stay.
Guests who participate will receive a small surprise from the hotel.
If you do not wish your room to be serviced, please place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside door handle before leaving your room.
6. ROOM KEYS
Please ensure that your room door is locked whenever you leave to help prevent theft.
Keep your room key with you during your stay. The night access code is printed in the upper right-hand corner of your key holder.
Please return your key to Reception when checking out.
7. WAKE-UP SERVICE
If you would like a wake-up call, please contact Reception.
You may also program your wake-up call directly by dialing 71, followed by the four digits of your desired wake-up time.
Example:
For a wake-up call at 6:15 a.m., dial 710615.
A confirmation tone will indicate that your request has been successfully registered.
8. PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Insects
Réunion Island is home to exceptional biodiversity.
Although regular pest control treatments are carried out by a specialist company, insects may occasionally enter guest rooms, attracted by light, warmth or food.
They are generally harmless.
If you notice any insects in your room, please inform Reception. Your comfort is important to us, and we regularly employ a professional pest control company.
Payment
For stays longer than 20 days, an interim payment will be requested at the end of each week.
Payment is made upon returning your room key at Reception.
For groups whose accommodation is paid for by a company or organisation, payment for personal expenses ("extras") must be settled on the day before departure.

Tourist Tax
A tourist tax of €0.90 per adult per night is payable for each night of your stay.
This tax is collected on behalf of the Communauté d'Agglomération du Sud (CASUD) and applies to all adult guests staying in tourist accommodation.
Damage & Bath Towels
All towels and other items provided in your room remain the property of Sud Hotel.
Any missing or damaged items may be charged to your account.
Pool towels are available on loan from Reception.
9. MAIL & LOST PROPERTY
Lost Property
If you have lost or found an item, please contact Reception.
Mail & Postcards
Reception will be pleased to post your letters and postcards provided they are correctly stamped.
Postcards are available for purchase at Reception.
Irons & Travel Adaptors
Irons and travel adaptors may be borrowed free of charge from Reception.
Please return them once you have finished using them so they remain available for other guests.

Billiards
Our billiards table is available daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
It is located at the far end of the hotel bar.
Heated Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi
Our heated swimming pool and jacuzzi are open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Please note that these facilities are not supervised and cannot be reserved.
Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
For hygiene reasons, showering before and after using the pool or jacuzzi is compulsory.
Both facilities are cleaned every morning by our maintenance technicians.
On particularly busy days, the jacuzzi water may occasionally appear cloudy. If this occurs, please inform Reception.
Parking
The hotel car park is monitored by surveillance cameras but is not supervised.
Please park considerately and avoid blocking other vehicles.
For the comfort of all guests, please keep music volume to a minimum and refrain from using your horn while on hotel premises.
